Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales across multiple locations by growing distribution and market share within your assigned area. Recruit and lead a sales team, then coach and mentor members to align on plans and minimize the gap between expectations and delivery. Plan market size, span, and geographies for Field Sales Executives while validating acquisitions and conducting audits on team sales. Monitor quality parameters and ensure regular sales and usage in the field. Travel extensively throughout your specified area to maintain visibility and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience in Leading Team
- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
- willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
