Job Summary
Lead QR & Soundbox sales across the assigned Kanpur area to grow distribution and market share among merchants. Recruit and mentor the sales team, plan market size, span and geographies for Field Sales Executives, and communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize gaps between expectations and delivery. Monitor quality parameters as directed, validate and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales, ensure the team operates where sales and usage occur, and leverage strong networking with the ability to travel extensively across the specified area.
