Job Summary
Lead QR & Soundbox sales growth across designated areas by effectively deploying channels to merchants. Build and manage a high-performing sales team through recruitment, coaching, and mentoring; plan market size, span, and geographies for field sales executives; communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps; monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales; ensure team presence in active sales markets with extensive travel across the assigned area. Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel are required, with growth mindset and demonstrated leadership experience in driving distribution and market share in regional deployments.
