Lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team in a guest-centric environment. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, identifying internal candidates for advancement, maintaining brand standards, ensuring exceptional guest service and food quality, complying with labor laws and safety requirements, analyzing operational performance, managing costs and budgets, and partnering with the Restaurant Manager to drive continuous improvement.
