Job Summary
Provide line management support to your team of retail associates and deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales. Cover the Pudsey zone on a 35-hour contract from Monday to Friday, driving to multiple designated locations using your own vehicle. Access appointments via mobile scheduling and ensure an efficient, safe working environment by following all operational processes. You must have a full valid driving licence, supervisory experience in retail, and be tech-savvy with mobile apps.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Love working in a team
- Enjoy building productive professional relationships
- Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills
- Happy to work unsupervised
- Ability to follow written & visual instructions
- Great standard of personal presentation
- Full valid driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Able to travel efficiently to all locations in the zone
- Access to a device with the operating system of either Android 8.1 or later OR Apple IOS is 13.4 or later
- Confident with the use of Mobile software and Apps
