Job Summary
Manage federal proposal submissions by serving as the primary interface for RFP follow-ups and distributing awarded task orders to field teams. Track amendments, change orders, and notifications across Salesforce, Procore, and SharePoint while performing quality reviews of pricing, quotations, and CLIN structures. Maintain file folder structures and contract templates on internal servers, update pricing estimates for MATOC and SATOC contracts, and produce weekly and year-end reports on proposal status and win-loss outcomes. Ensure all documentation aligns with FAR and DFARS regulations before submission.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with the administration of federal government proposals and contracts
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise communications
- Strong technical proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc)
- Strong organization skills with the ability to collect, organize, and distribute large amounts of data and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency working with Adobe Professional, Salesforce, Procore, Sharepoint, and other similar sites
- Experience working with AI tools for processing of proposal and contracts related tasks
- Experience working with contracts administration, subcontracts, proposal administration, corporate buying, procurements, or a related field
