Job Summary
Conduct morning meetings, provide guidance on new legislation, and investigate customer complaints to propose appropriate responses. Coordinate training, support audits, and ensure property management best practices are shared across the team. Monitor overdue workflows, churn reports, and staff morale while checking gas daily to verify process adherence. Ensure adequate departmental cover during holidays and discuss workload issues with Property Managers. Identify opportunities to enhance service levels for internal and external customers and implement strategic objectives with the Regional Property Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Current Senior Property Manager
- Current Team Leader with experience in leading a team within the property industry
- Experience leading a small team
- Proven history working within the Property Industry
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Organisational skills
