Job Summary
Manage and develop a team of designers at the Tours study office, ensuring integration, skill growth, and a positive performance-oriented culture. Guarantee deliverable quality and compliance by leading multi-discipline installation reviews and resolving technical inconsistencies. Intervene in 3D modeling (E3D/PDMS/Navisworks) for analysis and clash detection, acting as the technical reference for integration interfaces. Coordinate with project management to provide key information and propose technical solutions for complex issues while contributing to continuous improvement of methods and tools. Actively participate in recruitment and business development by responding to tender calls and identifying new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Formation Bac+2/3 à Bac+5 en génie mécanique ou équivalent
- Expérience confirmée (7 ans minimum) en environnement industriel complexe
- Maîtrise indispensable des outils E3D, PDMS et/ou Navisworks
- Solide expérience en gestion de maquette 3D multi-métiers et en traitement des interfaces
Desired Qualifications
- Expérience en management ou coordination d'équipe fortement appréciée
