Team Leader - Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily workflows, team schedules, and project lifecycles from initial planning through completion. Liaise between clients, field crews, engineers, and Group Leaders to establish plans, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate vendors, manage material delivery, and track progress against milestones to ensure work meets time, budget, and specification requirements. Assess team competency, document performance feedback, and schedule field crews while reviewing PTO. Participate in weekly Ops/Scheduling meetings. Requires 10+ years in surveying, SIT certification, Carlson Survey expertise, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Surveying. Travel to/from job sites and client offices is possible.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years in surveying, combining both Field and Office
- Minimum SIT certification
- Strong knowledge of Surveying processes, including an expert level understanding of Carlson Survey or related drafting software
- Working knowledge of field survey techniques for boundary, topographic, and construction survey
- Proficient in using CAD
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work under limited supervision
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Surveying
- 2-year degree with 10 years of work experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Land Surveyor license (PLS) helpful
