Job Summary
Team Leader/Program Manager assists the Program Supervisor with billable case management, administrative documentation, and coordination of staff to ensure provision of all services; maintains a caseload and provides clinical services; reviews staff work; participates in staff development and training; submits release forms and ensures timely program reports; conducts utilization review adhering to managed care standards; adheres to policies, laws, and confidentiality; requires advanced degree with clinical practicum and regulatory clearances; must be able to transport in an insured vehicle; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related social services field with a clinical practicum; in accordance with DHS or DDAP regulations, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation or Activities Therapy with progressive experience in human services; in accordance with DHS or DDAP regulations plus 2 years of mental health direct care experience.
