Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates the Production Team Members to achieve policy deployment objectives, analyze and resolve work problems, monitor quality and audits, enforce safety regulations, inspect weld defects, train new employees, maintain 5S, and drive continuous improvement. Responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating the team to meet production goals while ensuring compliance with ISO/TS standards and HSE policies. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaborative skills to support manufacturing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years’ related experience and/or training in manufacturing setting
- Must be able to use calipers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP software
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and write simple correspondence
- Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability
- Project Management- Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in moderate to high stress
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction
