Job Summary
Lead team members by managing and executing plant processes while ensuring appropriate resources are available to maintain production schedules. Drive team members to attain production and quality goals through continuous improvement processes that address safety, quality, cost, and customer service. Work on your feet approximately 80% of the shift in the production area to create an engaged workforce. This role requires 1+ years of shift leadership experience and involves extended hours including weekends and temperatures below 40 degrees. Complete a six-week hands-on training environment followed by a 6-month operational training program. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc.
- Associates Degree
- Proven leadership skills

- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available for extended hours including weekends
