Job Summary
Maintain and update all metrics and team boards while assisting with data collection and spreadsheet management. Lead selected training and development for associates, including assembling materials and coordinating team sessions. Act as a process team facilitator, utilizing tools to integrate quality at the source and define individual processes. Identify waste and rework to enact improvement plans, ensuring accountability and continuous optimization within your sphere of control. Support the organization of new teams by creating charters, agendas, and meeting minutes. Work Monday through Thursday from 5am to 3pm for 40 hours at $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience training and leading teammates
- Strong organization and record-keeping skills
- Applied written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with associates at various levels within the company
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Word experience
- Excel experience
- Power Point experience
- Ability to work varying schedules as needed
- Attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well with others
