Job Summary
Assist the Production Supervisor with assigned production area duties, including directing personnel on daily tasks, coordinating equipment set-ups, and performing various production-focused activities to support daily goals. Observe equipment operation, report malfunctions or safety issues, and provide accurate feedback on emerging problems. Complete required checks and measurements, record data accurately, and help train staff while assisting with new hire ergonomic and performance evaluations. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety, USDA, and GMP policies. This role requires working before department start times, weekends, overtime, and holidays in a fast-paced food processing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass a pre-employment physical
