Team Leader at Paris Baguette in New York, NY responsible for directing team members to run the store efficiently, assigning duties, and ensuring high standards of service. The role includes preparing beverages, stocking pastries and desserts, operating the POS system, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing food safety guidelines, handling catering orders, and supporting opening/closing shift duties. The Team Leader will supervise and delegate tasks to crew, monitor display quality, assist with deliveries (up to twice a week), and contribute to a friendly, bakery-café experience for customers, while upholding Paris Baguette’s standards of excellence and teamwork.
