Job Summary
Lead the Panel Processing Department by performing production duties, following the work center schedule, and providing evaluative feedback on individual performance. Report issues that compromise team performance and create a positive environment where ideas are solicited and listened to. Train both new and progressing team members while completing other duties as assigned. Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm. Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, seeks this dedicated member to support our CNC-driven manufacturing process.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of related work experience (preferred)
