Job Summary
Team Leader in the Paint Shop leads a production group of 6–9 members, ensuring painting and finishing meet high quality standards, supervising production, coordinating shift planning, mentoring and training team members, and driving process improvements. The role requires secondary school diploma (prefer technical degree), at least 3 years of experience in team leadership within manufacturing, and native-level Hungarian language skills. Responsible for troubleshooting production issues and maintaining smooth operation on a highly automated line with robots.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background - at least a secondary school diploma; preferably technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical, or other related field of study.
- Work Experience - at least 3 years of professional experience in leading teams in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Language skills - native-level Hungarian required.
- Quality Control - familiarity with process and quality optimization tools.
