Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities in a cGMP cleanroom environment while guiding a team of 5-12 direct reports. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain exceptional product quality. Conduct investigations and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency metrics. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree with no experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of manufacturing experience with leadership role experience
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and quality management systems
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of 5-12 direct reports
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Experience with production scheduling and resource planning
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, and efficiency metrics
- Experience conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict safety protocols
- Experience with performance management and employee development
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
- Professional proficiency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Fields of Study: science, engineering, or related field
- Technical certifications or military technical training may be considered
- Fluency (conversational level) in Dutch
