Job Summary
Team Leader, Operations responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates, coaching to meet performance metrics and KPIs, managing attendance and adherence to policy, identifying performance issues and implementing action plans including potential corrective actions, ensuring service delivery meets KPI and financial targets, conducting regular team meetings, and providing escalation support. Requires ability to mentor and develop team members, communicate clearly (written and verbal), multi-task, prioritize, and guide the team to deadlines while upholding company policies. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; full-time role with supervisory responsibilities in a Call Center/Operations environment.
