Job Summary
Team Leader, Operations supervising a group of call center associates, coaching and holding them accountable to meet performance metrics and KPIs; responsibilities include coaching on performance, handling escalated customer calls, conducting team meetings, monitoring attendance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, staying current on internal processes, and promoting Concentrix values. Location-based in Peru with full-time schedule and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring and directing a team to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
