Team Leader On Retail

Manage and develop a team of 6-10 retail sales representatives to ensure business objective achievement. Implement motivation strategies and spend most time in-store supporting, guiding, and coaching the team on sales execution. Train staff using role modeling, evaluate their progress, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create continuous improvement action plans. Maintain constant communication to keep the team informed of new business and brand developments. Requires a university degree, commercial leadership experience, C1 Spanish, and a valid European driver's license.
