Team Leader On Retail

Manage and develop a team of 6-10 point-of-sale commercial representatives to ensure business objective achievement. Implement motivation strategies and spend most of your time in-store providing guidance, coaching, and evaluating team evolution against sales guidelines. Continuously analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create action plans that foster continuous improvement and drive growth. Maintain fluid communication with the team, keeping them informed of all business and brand updates. Requires a university degree, commercial leadership experience, C1 Spanish, and a European driver's license. Includes car and fuel allowance, medical insurance, pension plan, and a fixed plus variable salary based on results.
