Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to drive EDC device sales and deployment in the Oil & Gas sector (petrol pumps, distributors, etc.), build channel partner relationships, and ensure growth in merchant onboarding and transaction volumes. Responsible for training and motivating the team, monitoring productivity and acquisitions quality, overseeing MIS reporting and Excel-based analyses, and achieving targets through ground execution and effective coordination.
