Job Summary
Lead a field sales team (5+ members) to drive EDC device sales and deployment in the Oil & Gas sector (petrol pumps, distributors, etc.). Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through team coordination and ground execution, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, and train/motivate the team to scale. Responsible for regular reporting/MIS using Excel and sales tools; analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- Post-Graduation preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales will be preferred
- Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking and incentive planning
