Job Summary
Team Leader to drive EDC device sales in the Oil & Gas vertical. Lead and manage a field sales team of 5+ members to grow distribution, merchant onboarding, and transaction volumes. Build and maintain strong channel partner relationships, ensure target achievement through on-ground execution, monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings, and train/guides the team to scale. Regular reporting and MIS using Excel and sales tools. Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet; graduate degree required (post-graduation preferred). Location: Amritsar, Punjab; field/on-site role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales & distribution
- Proven experience in leading field sales teams
- Strong knowledge of merchant onboarding, incentives, and field sales operations
- Experience in POS/EDC device sales preferred
- Graduate (mandatory); Post-Graduation preferred
- Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet
