Team Leader for Paytm’s QR-based offline merchants solution in Yellandu/Mahabubabad, responsible for selling products/services, managing merchant relationships from outreach to purchase, and leading a channel sales team. Candidates should have mobile-reliant field sales experience, strong market knowledge, team leadership experience (5-member sales team), and proficiency with Excel/data tools. Education: Graduate or above preferred; postgraduate preferred. Key focus areas include channel and distribution strategies, driving growth, incentivizing performance, and cross-functional collaboration to increase merchant revenue and adoption of QR/payments solutions.
