Job Summary
Sell Paytm QR & Soundbox products to merchants and manage merchant relationships as the primary point of contact from lead outreach to final purchase. Lead and oversee a channel sales team (5 members), drive distribution and market expansion, and monitor metrics to grow revenue. Strong market knowledge, field experience in channel sales, and proficiency with Excel/data tools are required to support cross-sell opportunities and incentive programs. Education: Graduate or above; post-graduation preferred. Location: Sathupalle, Telangana. The role emphasizes ownership of merchant growth, team leadership, and data-driven sales execution.
