Lead offline merchant sales and QR adoption in Guntur, managing a 5-member team from initial lead outreach through purchase conversion. Drive distribution and expansion metrics while handling customer relationships as the key point of contact. Leverage market knowledge and prior channel sales experience to secure lucrative incentives and increase average revenue per use via cross-sell opportunities. Requires a bike, helmet, and smartphone for field operations.

- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
- Graduate or above
