Job Summary
Lead and scale QR & Soundbox sales across the assigned area for Paytm, driving merchant adoption and distribution. Recruit and coach the sales team, plan market size and geographies for field sales engineers (FSE), ensure effective communication of plans and targets to the team, monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales, and ensure team presence in the market with extensive travel. Strong leadership, drive, initiative, and a growth mindset are essential, along with proven experience in leading a sales team and a graduate-level qualification.
