Drive distribution and market share growth for QR & Soundbox products across assigned merchant locations by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales teams. Plan market geographies, validate team acquisitions through audits, and monitor quality parameters to minimize delivery gaps. Conduct extensive travel throughout the specified area to ensure regular sales and usage, while devising effective communication methods to align targets with execution.
