Job Summary
Lead and grow the QR & Soundbox sales for Paytm across Etah, driving distribution and market share in the assigned area. Recruit and coach the sales team, plan market size and geography for field sales, and communicate plans and targets to the team to minimize gaps. Oversee deployment and sale of QR & Soundbox, monitor quality parameters, validate acquisitions and sales through audits, ensure the team operates in-market, and travel extensively to achieve sales goals. Demonstrates high drive, initiative, and leadership to expand merchant adoption and contribute to Paytm’s broader digital payments mission.
