Job Summary
Lead the rollout and sales of QR & Soundbox to merchants across an assigned territory by driving distribution, market share, and team performance. Responsibilities include growing the distribution footprint, achieving visibility and sales targets, recruiting and coaching a sales team, planning market size and geographies for field staff, communicating plans to the team, and auditing acquisitions and sales while ensuring field presence and travel to assigned areas. Must be a graduate with proven team leadership experience, a growth mindset, and strong networking skills to engage with merchants and drive continued adoption of Paytm QR solutions.
