Job Summary
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver growth. Define optimal sales force structure. Hire and develop sales staff. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements. Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with a focus on growth and loyalty initiatives. Graduation is required; experience in sales and loyalty business; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
- Education: Graduation/Post Graduation preferred
