Job Summary
Team Leader for Oil & Gas adjacent vertical in Navi Mumbai. Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals; manage sales teams, operations, and resources to drive growth; define optimal sales force structure; hire and develop staff; coordinate training programs to enable staff and support sales objectives; manage customer expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction; define sales processes and identify improvements; onboard merchants for offline solutions and service existing merchants with a focus on PSU Companies and Oil Marketing Companies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required; Graduation is preferred. Knowledge of Excel is optional.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
