Job Summary
Team Leader for the Oil & Gas adjacent vertical in Nashik. Responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve sales targets, managing and coaching the sales team, defining the sales structure and processes, onboarding and servicing merchants (offline payments via QR and POS), and maintaining strong relationships with PSU oil/gas marketers. Key duties include setting and tracking sales targets, coordinating training programs, driving customer satisfaction, and researching methods to increase merchant engagement within the Oil and Gas territory. Requires graduation and proven experience in sales and loyalty business, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
