Job Summary
Lead and develop the Oil & Gas vertical sales team for Paytm's offline payments solution in Nagpur. Responsibilities include onboarding merchants for offline QR and POS-based payments, managing end-to-end sales and operations for oil, gas, and retail merchants, maintaining relationships with PSU oil marketing companies, defining sales processes and target attainment, hiring and developing sales staff, coordinating training programs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Requires graduation with sales experience (preferably in loyalty programs), proficiency in setting and tracking sales targets, strong communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to work with merchants across an assigned territory. Knowledge of Excel is optional; readiness to drive growth through effective stakeholder management and an improvement mindset is valued.
