Job Summary
Lead offline payment solutions for petrol and gas merchants through QR codes and POS machines, managing end-to-end sales and operations from initial lead outreach to purchase completion. Onboard new merchants, service existing accounts, and maintain strong relationships with PSU and oil marketing companies. Manage a sales team, drive distribution and expansion metrics, and ensure team members earn lucrative incentives. Requires a smartphone, bike, and helmet, with 3+ years of channel sales experience and team-handling skills.
