Job Summary
Lead the Oil & Gas vertical sales efforts for Paytm's offline payment solutions in Aurangabad. Develop plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, manage the sales teams and resources, define optimal sales force structure, hire and develop staff, and coordinate training programs to enable staff to meet sales objectives. Maintain high customer satisfaction, drive process improvements, and manage the assigned Oil & Gas territory. Strong emphasis on relationship-building with merchants, PSU/Oil marketing companies, and stakeholders, with focus on driving engagement and growth. Requires graduation and prior sales experience, knowledge of loyalty business, ability to set and track targets, and leadership/communication skills; Excel knowledge is optional.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation is a must.
- Experience in sales and similar roles
- Experience of loyalty business.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Review of Sales Team.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Excel (Optional)
