Job Summary
Lead and execute sales efforts for the Dairy vertical, representing the Paytm brand and managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase. Drive end-to-end sales and operations for the category, leveraging channel and distribution expertise, growth mindset, market knowledge, and team leadership to achieve revenue objectives. Strong emphasis on team management (leading a sales team), channel sales experience, distribution concepts, incentive generation, and data-driven sales support (Excel and data tools).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years' experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
