Job Summary
Lead a team to grow QR & Soundbox distribution and sales for Paytm’s EDC Retail arm across Puducherry. Drive market share and visibility through extensive deployment, recruit and coach the sales team, plan market size and geographies for the field sales executive (FSE), and communicate targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps. Monitor quality parameters, validate and audit acquisitions and sales, ensure field presence in the market, and travel extensively in the assigned area to achieve merchant growth and channel expansion.
