Job Summary
Lead a team to increase QR and Soundbox sales to merchants across Nashik and surrounding areas. Responsible for growing distribution and market share, driving deployment and sales of QR and Soundbox, recruiting and mentoring the sales team, planning market size and geographies for field sales execution, communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, and ensuring team presence in the market while traveling extensively as required.
