Job Summary
Team Leader for O&G Adjacent 2 based in Nanded, Maharashtra, responsible for increasing QR and Soundbox sales through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. Lead and recruit the sales team, coach and mentor staff, plan market size and geographies for field sales, and communicate targets to the team to minimize gaps between expectations and delivery. Drive extensive deployment and sales activity, monitor quality parameters, conduct audits on acquisitions and sales, ensure the team actively operates in the assigned market, and leverage networking capabilities with a willingness to travel across the specified area.
