Job Summary
Lead and scale QR & Soundbox sales for Paytm’s EDC Retail team across Mumbai, driving merchant adoption and market share. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the sales team, planning market size and geography for field sales (FSE), communicating plans and targets to the team, monitoring quality parameters and conducting audits of acquisitions and sales, and ensuring active market presence with extensive travel. Must have proven experience in leading teams, a graduate degree, and a growth mindset to contribute to Paytm’s goal of expanding merchant reach in India.
