Team Leader role focused on expanding QR & Soundbox sales across Meerut region for Paytm's dairy verticals and merchant network. Responsible for growing distribution and market share, ensuring visibility through extensive deployment, recruiting and aligning the sales team, coaching and mentoring, planning market size and geographic coverage for field sales executives, communicating plans and targets to the team to minimize delivery gaps, monitoring quality parameters, auditing acquisitions and sales performance, and ensuring team presence in active markets with willingness to travel extensively. Requires a graduate degree, leadership experience, high drive, initiative, and strong networking and communication skills.
