Job Summary
Lead and mentor the sales team to drive QR and Soundbox deployments across Hyderabad and surrounding areas, aiming to grow distribution and market share. Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching the field sales team, planning market size and geographies for the frontline sales force, communicating targets effectively to the team, monitoring quality parameters, auditing acquisitions and sales activities, ensuring team presence in the market, and traveling extensively to meet merchants. Preferred candidates will have a graduate degree, strong leadership experience, a growth mindset, and the ability to develop and execute field-market plans and team development strategies.
