Job Summary
Drive QR and Soundbox sales across assigned merchant locations to grow distribution and market share. Recruit and lead a sales team, coaching members to align on targets while minimizing delivery gaps. Plan market geographies for Field Sales Executives, validate team acquisitions through audits, and monitor quality parameters. Maintain extensive travel throughout the specified area to ensure regular sales and usage. Manage visibility accountability for product deployment and sales execution.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience in Leading Team
- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
- willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
