Job Summary
Lead the Dairy-focused QR & Soundbox sales effort across the assigned Bijapur region. Drive distribution growth and market share in the area, achieve visibility through extensive deployment, and recruit and mentor a sales team. Develop market size, span, and geographies for field sales executives, communicate plans to the team to minimize gaps between targets and delivery, monitor quality parameters per management guidelines, and validate audits on acquisitions and sales. Ensure the team operates in-market with regular presence and travel extensively within the designated area to build merchant relationships and expand the sales footprint.
