Job Summary
Team Leader for Dairy/Channel Sales in Bareilly, leading end-to-end sales and distributor relationships for a dairy-focused vertical. Drive growth through channel and distribution management, oversee a sales team (5 members), and optimize incentives and performance. Key duties include managing customer relationships from lead outreach to purchase, representing the brand, and leveraging market knowledge to expand distribution. Requires field-ready candidate with smartphone, bike, helmet, strong Excel/data skills, and proven channel sales leadership.

- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years' experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
- Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred
