Job Summary
Sell products or services for Paytm and represent the brand, acting as the key contact from initial lead outreach to purchase. Lead and manage a 5-member sales team within Dairy verticals, driving end-to-end sales and operations, channel and distribution growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Must have channel sales experience, strong market knowledge, and the ability to foster growth with lucrative incentives. Requires a smartphone, bike, and helmet; proficiency in Excel and data tools. Education: Graduate or above; location: Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. This is a full-time role with a focus on sales leadership, relationship building, and performance delivery.

- More than 3 years' experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
