Job Summary
Lead and drive QR and Soundbox sales across multiple locations for Paytm's dairy vertical, increasing distribution and market share. Responsible for deploying QR and Soundbox with merchants, recruiting and coaching the sales team, planning market size and geographies, communicating targets to the team, monitoring quality parameters, validating acquisitions and sales through audits, ensuring the team operates where sales and usage occur, and traveling extensively within the assigned area. Strong leadership, networking, and growth mindset are essential; prior experience in leading a sales team and graduate-level qualifications are required.
